95 (1) Section 319 (source of income) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “the Director” substitute “ SOCA ”;

(b) for “him” substitute “ it ”; and

(c) for “he” substitute “ SOCA ”.

(3) In subsection (2) for “the Director” substitute “ SOCA ”.

(4) In subsection (3)—

(a) for “the Director” substitute “ SOCA ”; and

(b) for “him” substitute “ SOCA ”.
