1170 Meaning of “EEA State” and related expressions U.K.

In the Companies Acts—

• [F1 “ EEA State ” has the meaning given by Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978;

• “ EEA company” and “ EEA undertaking” mean a company or undertaking governed by the law of an EEA State. ]
