1131 Imprisonment on summary conviction in England and Wales: transitory provision U.K.

(1) This section applies to any provision of the Companies Acts that provides that a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction in England and Wales to imprisonment for a term not exceeding [F2 the general limit in a magistrates’ court].

(2) In relation to an offence committed before [F3 2 May 2022], for “[F4 the general limit in a magistrates’ court]” substitute “six months”.
