SCHEDULE 8 U.K. Agricultural etc. boards

Status U.K.

2 U.K. A board is not to be regarded—

(a) as a servant or agent of the Crown, or

(b) as enjoying any status, privilege of immunity of the Crown,

and the board's property is not to be regarded as property of, or held on behalf of, the Crown.
