SCHEDULE 1 U.K. The Olympic Delivery Authority

Part 1 U.K. Constitution

Committees U.K.

10 (1) The Authority may establish a committee. U.K.

(2) A committee—

(a) must include a member of the Authority,

(b) may, with the approval of the Secretary of State [F1 or the Paymaster General] , include one or more persons who are not members of the Authority, and

(c) may not include staff of the Authority.
