SCHEDULE 2 E+W Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment

Status E+W

1 (1) The Commission is not to be regarded as the servant or agent of the Crown or as enjoying any status, immunity or privilege of the Crown. E+W

(2) The property of the Commission is not to be regarded as the property of, or property held on behalf of, the Crown.

(3) Service as a member of the Commission is not service in the civil service of the Crown.
