Part 1 E+W+S Transfer and abolition of functions

Transfer to ORR of consumer protection and other functions relating to licensing E+W+S

5 (1) In section 12 of the 1993 Act, subsections (1A) to (1C) (modification of consumer protection conditions) shall cease to have effect. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (2) of that section, for “of any conditions of a licence which do not relate to consumer protection” substitute “ under this section ”.
