Transfer of functions relating to franchise agreements E+W+S

17 (1) In section 27 of the 1993 Act (transfer of franchise assets or shares), for “Authority”, wherever occurring, substitute “ appropriate franchising authority ”. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (8) and (9) of that section, for “Schedule 21 to the Transport Act 2000” substitute “ section 12 of the Railways Act 2005 ”.
