(1)Any person aggrieved by a decision of a magistrates' court under section 165 may appeal to the Crown Court against the decision.
(2)An appeal under subsection (1) must be commenced by notice of appeal given by the appellant to the [F1designated officer] for the magistrates' court within the period of 21 days beginning with the day the decision appealed against was made.
