7 (1) On receipt of a report under paragraph 6[F3 (1) or on its completion by the Director General under paragraph 6(1A)], the [F2 Director General] may make a recommendation in relation to any matter dealt with in it. U.K.

(2) The Secretary of State may by regulations make further provision about recommendations under this paragraph.

(3) The regulations may (amongst other things)—

(a) describe the kinds of recommendations that the [F2 Director General] may make under this paragraph;

(b) specify the persons to whom the recommendations may be made;

(c) authorise the [F2 Director General] to require a response to a recommendation made under this paragraph.]
