Part 1 U.K. Application of enactments

[F1 4C. U.K. Regulation 24 of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (notice of test and intended proceedings) shall apply in relation to items seized under section 50 of this Act in reliance on the power of seizure conferred by regulation 21 of those Regulations as it applies in relation to items seized in pursuance of regulation 21 of those Regulations.]
