93 Power to modify sections 89 to 92. U.K.

(1) The Secretary of State may by order modify sections 89 to 92.

(2) Before making an order under subsection (1), the Secretary of State shall consult [F2 OFCOM], the Council and such other persons as he considers appropriate.
