(1)Schedule 5 to this Act (which amends the Companies Act M11985 for the purpose of facilitating the striking off of non-trading private companies registered in Great Britain) shall have effect.
(2)Schedule 6 to this Act (which amends the M2Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 for the purpose of facilitating the striking off of non-trading companies registered in Northern Ireland) shall have effect.
