Execution of warrants for non-payment
14(1)In section 38A(6) of the [1977 c. 45.] Criminal Law Act 1977 (execution of warrants for imprisonment for non-payment of fine), for the words “the age of 17 years” there shall be substituted the words “the age of 18 years”.
(2)In section 38B(6) of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (execution of warrants for commitment for non-payment of due sum), for the words “the age of 17 years” there shall be substituted the words “the age of 18 years”.
