(1)[F1The Commission] shall keep a record of all applications for, and certificates of, incorporation under this Part of this Act and shall preserve all documents sent [F2to it] under this Part of this Act.
(2)Any person may inspect such documents, under the direction of [F3the Commission], and any person may require a copy or extract of any such document to be certified by a certificate signed by [F4a member of the staff of the Commission].
