Amendments
19.—(1) In regulation 2(2)(a) (contents of transfer notes) of the Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991(1) after “identify the waste to which it relates” insert “by reference to the appropriate codes in the European Waste Catalogue(2)”.
(2) Schedule 5 (which makes amendments to other subordinate legislation) shall have effect.
