1.Maeʼr Nodiadau Esboniadol hyn ar gyfer Deddf Cyllid Llywodraeth Leol (Cymru)2024 a basiwyd gan Senedd Cymru ar 16 Gorffennaf 2024 ac a gafodd y Cydsyniad Brenhinol ar 16 Medi 2024. Feʼu lluniwyd gan Grŵp Llywodraeth Leol, Tai, Newid Hinsawdd a Materion Gwledig er mwyn cynorthwyoʼr sawl syʼn darllen y Ddeddf. Dylid darllen y Nodiadau Esboniadol ar y cyd âʼr Ddeddf ond nid ydynt yn rhan ohoni. Os ymddengys nad oes angen rhoi unrhyw esboniad neu sylw ar ddarpariaeth yn y Ddeddf, nis rhoddir.
