Adran 61 - Cyhoeddusrwydd pellach i adroddiadau arbennig

239.Mae adran 61 yn rhoi pŵer i'r Ombwdsmon gyhoeddi hysbysiad am adroddiad arbennig mewn papur newydd neu trwy gyfryngau darlledu ac electronig.

240.Wrth benderfynu pa un a ddylai gyhoeddi hysbysiad am adroddiad arbennig ai peidio yn unol ag adran 60(1), mae'n rhaid i'r Ombwdsmon ystyried budd y cyhoedd, budd y person a dramgwyddwyd (os oes un) a buddiannau unrhyw bersonau eraill sy'n briodol ym marn yr Ombwdsmon. Rhaid i'r darparwr y mae adroddiad yn ymwneud ag ef ad-dalu i'r Ombwdsmon gostau rhesymol trefnu i gyhoeddi'r hysbysiad, os bydd yr Ombwdsmon yn gofyn iddo wneud hynny.
