Adran 132 – Y Bwrdd Diogelu Annibynnol Cenedlaethol

376.Mae adran 132(1) yn darparu ar gyfer sefydlu Bwrdd Diogelu Annibynnol Cenedlaethol. Yn y Ddeddf, cyfeirir at y Bwrdd fel y Bwrdd Cenedlaethol. Dyletswyddau cyffredinol y Bwrdd Cenedlaethol yw darparu cymorth a chyngor i Fyrddau Diogelu (a sefydlir o dan adran 134) er mwyn sicrhau eu heffeithiolrwydd, adrodd ar ddigonolrwydd ac effeithiolrwydd trefniadau diogelu ar gyfer plant ac oedolion yng Nghymru a gwneud argymhellion i Weinidogion Cymru ynglŷn â sut i wella trefniadau diogelu. Rhaid i’r Bwrdd Cenedlaethol adrodd i Weinidogion Cymru am drefniadau diogelu yng Nghymru.
