Amendment to regulation 2
3. In the definition of “personal education plan” in regulation 2(1)(1), for “in regulation 5(b)(ii)” substitute “by section 83(2A) of the 2014 Act(2)”.

Section 83(2A) was inserted by section 16 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018.
