58. In regulation 2 (interpretation) paragraph (1) of the Independent Schools (Provision of Information) Regulations 2003(1), in the definition of “looked after by a local authority”, after “the Children Act 1989” insert “or, as the case may be, section 74(1) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
