237.—(1) Mae adran 101A wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (5)—
(a)ym mharagraff (a), ar ôl “the Environment Agency” mewnosoder “, if the guidance applies to premises in England”;
(b)ar ôl paragraff (a) mewnosoder—
“(aa)the NRBW, if the guidance applies to premises in Wales;”.
(3) Yn is-adrannau (7) i (10), yn lle “Environment Agency”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “appropriate agency”.
(4) Ar ôl is-adran (10) mewnosoder—
“(11) In this section “the appropriate agency” means—
(a)the Environment Agency, in relation to disputes between sewerage undertakers and owners or occupiers of premises in England;
(b)the NRBW, in relation to disputes between sewerage undertakers and owners or occupiers of premises in Wales.”
