Title, application, commencement and cessation
1. These Regulations—
(a)are entitled the Foot-and Mouth Disease (Export Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2007;
(b)apply in relation to Wales;
(c)come into force at 11 p.m. on 24 August 2007; and
(d)cease to have effect on 15 September 2007.
