Revocations and savings
15.—(1) The 1991 Regulations and the 2001 Regulations shall continue to have effect without prejudice to section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1978(1), in relation to claims made for allowances or other payments in respect of duties performed before 1st April 2003.
(2) Subject to paragraph (1) the 1991 Regulations and the 2001 Regulations are hereby revoked in so far as they applied to community councils.
(3) Section 174 of the 1972 Act shall not apply to community councils.
