18. In the Police Act 1997(1), in the Schedule 8A inserted by the Police Act 1997 and the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 Remedial (No. 2) Order 2015 (S.S.I. 2015/423)(2), after paragraph 36, insert—
“National security
36A. An offence under sections 1 to 4, 12, 13, 17 or 18 of the National Security Act 2023.”.
