9. In Class E of Part 1 of Schedule 2, in paragraph E.1.—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (i) omit “or”;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (j) for “.” substitute “; or”;
(c)after sub-paragraph (j) insert—
“(k)the dwellinghouse is built under Part 20 of this Schedule (construction of new dwellinghouses).”.
