PART 2 Amendments to the 2015 Order

Amendments to Part 1, Class E

9.    In Class E of Part 1 of Schedule 2, in paragraph E.1.—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (i) omit “or”;

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (j) for “.” substitute “; or”;

(c) after sub-paragraph (j) insert—

“(k) the dwellinghouse is built under Part 20 of this Schedule (construction of new dwellinghouses).”.
