PART 5 Further amendment of the Plant Health (England) Order 2015: exiting the European Union

71.  In article 8(1)—

(a) in the words before sub-paragraph (a)—

(i) for “introduced” substitute “brought”;

(ii) after “traveller” insert “coming from any third country, other than any country or territory in the European Union or Switzerland,”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (a), for “(f)” substitute “(h)”;

(c) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) article 6A(1);”.
