Amendments to TSWR 2007

3.  The Transfrontier Shipment of Waste Regulations 2007(1) are amended in accordance with regulations 4 to 12 (also see Part 3).

Amendment to regulation 6

4.  In regulation 6(d), for “the Environment” substitute “Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs”.

Amendment to regulation 7
