4.—(1) The Welfare of Farmed Animals (England) Regulations 2007(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1, in paragraph 27(2) after “Directive 96/22/EEC concerning the prohibition on the use in stockfarming of certain substances having a hormonal or thyro-static action and of beta-agonists” insert “as it had effect immediately before exit day”.
S.I. 2007/ 2078, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
