6. For the purposes of these Regulations, in relation to a sublease of an asset entered into or modified on or after the date these Regulations come into force, expenditure is not leasing expenditure to the extent it that exceeds the total amount of leasing expenditure incurred in relation to the head lease during the term of the sublease.
