37.—(1) The River Roach Oyster Fishery Order 2013(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 7 (lawful activities of statutory undertakers), for paragraph (2)(c) substitute—
“(c)any operator of an electronic communications code network (within the meaning given in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 17 to the Communications Act 2003);”.
