26.—(1) The Waddeton Fishery Order 2001(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 14 (rights of various persons and bodies), for paragraph (2)(b) substitute—
“(b)any undertaking consisting in the operation of an electronic communications code network (within the meaning given in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 17 to the Communications Act 2003); ”.
