7.—(1) The A77 Trunk Road (Vicarton Street, Girvan) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 2010(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 4 (exemption for certain purposes), in paragraph (a)(ii), for “paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984” substitute “paragraph 5 of the electronic communications code set out in Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003”.
