Amendment of the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005

3.  In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005(1) (information forming part of the common transfer file)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (f), omit the “and” at the end;

(b) after sub-paragraph (g), insert—

“(h) nationality;

(i) country of birth;

(j) proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English.”.
