PART 2 Amendments to the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008

Minor definitions

25.—(1) Regulation 55(1) (minor definitions) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 1173(1) (minor definitions: general), after the definition of “regulated market”, insert—

““transferable securities” means anything which is a transferable security for the purposes of Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments(2)”.
