2. After article 1(3) of the MHRA Trading Fund Order(1) (interpretation) insert—
“(4) In this Order “electronic cigarettes” and “refill containers” have the meaning given to them by article 2 of Directive 2014/40/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States concerning the manufacture, presentation and sale of tobacco and related products(2).”.
