In the District of Mid Suffolk	Old Norwich Road	Creation of new access comprising part of numbered work 7 including the lowering of the levels of the kerb between the points marked M and N on the rights of way, streets and access plan to provide permanent access to numbered work 5.
In the District of Mid Suffolk	Access Road Serving Yaxley Lake	Upgrading of the existing access comprising part of numbered work 7 between the points marked O1 and P on the rights of way, streets and access plan to provide permanent access to numbered work 5.
In the District of Mid Suffolk	Leys Lane	Works to facilitate the creation of a new access comprising part of numbered work 7 between the points marked Q and R on the rights of way, streets and access plan to provide permanent access to numbered work 5.
