The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 253A(1) and 262(3) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009(1).
2009 c. 22. Section 253A was inserted by section 79 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (c. 26). For the definitions of ‘prescribed’ and ‘regulations’ see section 264(1) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (c. 22).
