32.  In section 122 (prohibition of premiums on grant or assignment of rights under restricted contracts)—

(a) in subsection (1)(a), after “79” insert “or 79A”;

(b) in subsection (1)(b), for “rent tribunal” substitute “appropriate tribunal”.
