Amendment of the Olive Oil (Marketing Standards) Regulations 2003 E+W

6.  In the Olive Oil (Marketing Standards) Regulations 2003 M1 , in regulation 3 (enforcement), after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A) The Secretary of State may delegate to the Director of Public Prosecutions functions in relation to the prosecution of an offence under these Regulations.”.
