44. In section 368R(1) (interpretation of Part 4A) of the Communications Act 2003 M1, for the definition “prescription-only medicine” substitute the following definition—U.K.
““prescription-only medicine” means a prescription only medicine within the meaning of regulation 5(3) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012;”.
