25.  In schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002(1) (Scottish public authorities), in Part 7 (others) before paragraph 62 insert the following—

“61B   The British Waterways Board.”.

2002 asp 13. Paragraph 61A (Bòrd na Gàidhlig) was inserted by the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 7), schedule 2, paragraph 3. There are other amendments that are not relevant to this Order.
