67.  In paragraph 18 of the Schedule to the Medical Profession (Responsible Officers) Regulations 2010(1) (designated bodies) for “section 2(5) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “section 10F(1)(a) to (d) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978”.
