In section 145(4) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008(1) (Human Rights Act 1998: provision of certain social care to be public function) for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8)” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 8)”.
