3.—(1) Schedule 8 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981(1) (plants which are protected) is amended as follows.
(2) Insert, at the appropriate place in each case, the plants listed in Schedule 3.
(3) Omit the plants listed in Schedule 4.
