1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 26th May 2011.
(2) In these Regulations “the 2003 Regulations” means the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003(1).
S.I. 2003/2426; which have been amended, but those amendments are not relevant to these regulations.
