9.—(1) In the Schedule to the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Audit of Non-profit-making Companies) Order 2009(1) (list of companies to be audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General) omit the entry for the Northern Ireland Police Fund.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to any accounts for a period ending before the coming into force of this Order.
