28. Amend the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982(1) as follows.

1982 c.27. Functions under section 5 of the Act were transferred to the Lord Chancellor, and section 5 was amended, by S.I. 1992/709. Section 5A was inserted by S.I. 2009/3131.
