In section 59(2)(d) of the Energy Act 2008 (offence of further disclosure of information) M1, for “the Radioactive Substances Act 1993 (c 12)” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 in relation to radioactive material and radioactive waste within the meaning of those Regulations ”.
